The use of the MagicMillionPixel.com website is subject to the following standard terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read these prior to placing an advert.
• By visiting this website, you, the "user", accept our terms and conditions of use.
• The MagicMillionPixel.com website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use of the MagicMillionPixel.com website featuring these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will become effective from the time you first visit this website.
• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does nor infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any other party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content in any form or disruption of normal flow of information within this website.
• You are prohibited from submitting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, likely to give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.
• We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials on the MagicMillionPixel.com website.
• Information collected by MagicMillionPixel.com is used
- to deliver its service to users,
- to improve the MagicMillionPixel.com website,
- to notify users about changes to the website whenever necessary.
• User's personal information is not provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
• The minimum purchase ON THE MILLION PIXEL GRID is 1 block which equates to 100 pixels. At 50 pence per pixel this is £50. The maximum purchase is whatever pixels are left on the grid.
• When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of MagicMillionPixel.com Pixel Grid or the site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on MagicMillionPixel.com in the respective space you have paid for.
• You will be able to change the image or the URL as often as you wish, but always subject to the approval of MagicMillionPixel.com. In the case of Ads placed on the Free Zone, these are not able to be replaced.
• No gambling, obscene, offensive, adult images or links will be accepted, and MagicMillionPixel.com will decide what is appropriate for the site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show gambling, offensive, obscene, or adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the MagicMillionPixel.com Pixel Grid, you will not be entitled to get a refund.
• The site and homepage will be online for 3 years, starting from when the site was launched. Thus, it will be online until at least until May 2009.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
• The Images submitted must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10 x 10 pixels).
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. This will ensure that the site does not take forever to load.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Submitted Links must be to web pages only. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on MagicMillionPixel.com.
• There may be occasional downtime for Site Maintenance, but we will endeavor to keep this to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared. We will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs.

• The MagicMillionPixel.comPixels website is provided 'as is', without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
• We do not warrant that the functions of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.
• In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use of or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the The MagicMillionPixel.com website.
